Overview
VANNAM serves as an ongoing production partner for Naftali Group, producing brand films and property content across their luxury residential portfolio. Work has included brand films for The Willow in Gramercy and 255 East 77th Street in Manhattan, as well as milestone coverage of the foundation pour for The Jem in Miami.
The Challenge
Naftali Group needed a production partner who could capture the vision and quality of their developments across multiple projects and markets. Each property has its own identity and the content needed to reflect that while maintaining a consistent standard across the portfolio.
Solution
We embedded with the Naftali team across multiple productions in New York and Miami. Each project was treated as a standalone brand film with its own creative approach.
Brand Films
We produced cinematic brand films for The Willow in Gramercy and 255 East 77th Street, capturing the architecture, interiors, and lifestyle of each property in Manhattan.
Aerial Coverage
Drone production was integrated across multiple shoots to capture the scale and context of each development from above. Ground and air working together to tell the full story of each property.
Milestone Coverage
On the ground in Miami for the foundation pour of The JEM, documenting a key moment in the development of one of Naftali Group's most anticipated projects.
